Property Services
opened its doors in April 1995, with a focus on commercial, retail, light industrial, and residential property management.
The company was formed by Susan M. Batty, RPA, FMA, who has served in the property management industry since 1982. Property Services provides professional management services for clients owning property throughout the Central Valley
from Southern Stanislaus County to Northern San Joaquin County and west to the San Francisco East Bay.
The commercial property portfolio consists of properties in the 6,000 sq ft range to larger neighborhood shopping centers and office buildings of 75,000 sq ft. All enjoy a professional yet personal service. The tenant base ranges from national anchor to smaller mom-and-pop shops and offices. The residential property portfolio includes single-family rental properties as well as small multi-family properties.
