Susan M. Batty,

Susan M. Batty, RPA, FMA, Broker and Property Manager, holds a current California Real Estate Broker License and has been involved in commercial property management since 1982.  She has managed from garden style office to high rise property in San Francisco and while working for Pac Tel Properties, managed in excess of 1,000,000 square feet.  Susan made the move from the Bay Area to the Central Valley in 1989, taking a position as Director of Property Management for Moss & Craig Development Company.  This led to employment with Paragon Group.  During her employment with Paragon, they  decided to withdraw their presence from the Central Valley, and it was at that time Susan opened the doors of Property Services.  Beginning with the management of six commercial properties, the company has quadrupled since that time.  Susan is responsible for the oversight of all areas within the company and truly enjoys serving in the real estate realm.

Assistant Property Manager
Danielle M. Batty, Residential Property Manager holds a current California Real Estate License and is currently attending college classes to complete her degree in Business Management.  Danielle not only heads up the Residential Management Department since expansion in April, 2016, but she also works alongside Susan in the commercial arena sharing in the property inspections, tenant and vendor communication, auditing insurance certificates for both tenants and vendors, monitoring HVAC contracts, auditing for gross sales, provides correspondence related to rental adjustments, rental collection and performs other bookkeeping functions. 
Danielle‚Äôs focus in the upcoming near term will be in increasing our client base for residential single family homes and apartment complexes.  She is a delight and would be happy to talk with you about how we can assist you with regard to management of your residential property.

Jackie K. Sutter,
Administrative Support
Jacki K Sutter holds a current California Real Estate License and is currently functioning as an overflow administrative support staff.  Jacki spends time in the office as needed during heavy workload periods, such as budget preparation season and the holiday season where tenant visitation is increased.  She is versed in the area of bookkeeping, property inspections, and tenant visitation, among other tasks.  Jacki is truly a team player and concerns herself with the well-being of others; fellow staff as well as tenants and clients.
